President Obama: Over-stepping his office by trampling the judicial process within the states and inciting racial tensions through additional commentary and investigations on a case that has been heard and decided upon by a jury selected by both the state and defense. Here’s to a president that uses a trending hash tag to further his personal popularity. What an outrage.
This is RIDICULOUS, and I am ashamed of the total DISREGARD FOR DUE PROCESS this administration is showing. This was a TRAGEDY….but NOT a case of hate crimes as outlined by the DOJ, or civil rights violations. State Sovereignty is under such massive siege, I can’t even believe this is unfolding… wrong wrong wrong.
Obama, this is so completely disingenuous, so anecdotal, so clearly political. Racism exists – but let’s not pretend that racism was a part of this case. There were TWO PEOPLE involved in this – not just one. This impromptu address was completely divisive, meant to create a voting block for his freaking agenda. Presidents should not inject themselves into State managed court cases. PERIOD.
